432 alarm on GSK980TDb

Hello sir, about 10 minutes after we turned on the GSK980TDb controller, the #432 alarm displayed, Z axis not ready, but the lathe is not even moved, there is no limit switch, the ball screw is not overloaded.
CNCmakers Support:
The axis reaches limit switch or the AC servo driver has problem itself, there will be #432 alarm, if there is no limit switch, then the problem must be come from the Z axis driver itself, please kindly check the driver.
