Air Compressor Recharging Every 5 Minutes
CNC Machining Center User:
Dear Sir,
Since I recently start working with the V10 CNC milling machine, noted that the any speed spindle runs, the air compressor is every 5 minutes recharging.
Is there any way to avoid this? I mean If I close the intake air to spindle under let’s say 4500 RPM, will it cause any trouble?
Spindle is 8000RPM maximum and I believe till 6000RPM spindle will not get hot so it could cause an overheat alarm?
Please advise.

The problem should come from the air compressor itself.
The spindle coolant is from the spindle fan, not from the air comparessor.
