CNC Parameters in mess
Start the CNC machine on the morning, the parameters are in mess.
Correct the CNC parameters the CNC machine and controller works fine. The next morning same thing will happen again.
First check the external circuit and wirings carefully, no short circuit found.
Then open the CNC controller back cover and measure the batteries, the 3.6V battery for data backup is in low voltage, this is the reason for CNC parameters could not be saved after power off of the CNC machine, change the 3.6V battery, the problem solved.
