Causes:
  1.       The braking resistance cable inside the AC servo driver is dark or broken.
  2.       Internal braking transistor or braking resistance broken.
  3.       Start and stop the machine too frequent.
 
Solutions:
  1.       Reconnect the braking resistance cable.
  2.       Reduce the loading inertia.
  3.       Decrease the start and stop times, or increase the deceleration time.
  4.       Change the AC servo driver or send back for repair.
