 ● Application effect
 
◇ It can realize the combined machining of axle/radial car, drilling, milling and tapping;
 
◇ X and Z axes use 17-bit absolute encoder servo motor, equipped with FAGO G series incremental encoder, X-axis positioning accuracy is 0.002mm, Z-axis positioning accuracy is 0.004mm;
 
 The spindle adopts Tamagawa 22-bit magnetoresistive encoder as feedback device. The spindle motor is equipped with incremental 4096 line encoder. The spindle and spindle motor are driven by belt. The C-axis positioning accuracy is 72′′ (0.02°), and the repeat positioning accuracy is 36. "(0.01°);
 
 Equipped with DUPLOMATIC 12-station servo-powered turret, the power cutter head can realize drilling, milling and tapping of end face and cylindrical surface.
