Machine features
The machine uses a white steel knife to turn the camshaft;
Two linear axes and one rotating shaft are arranged, and special auxiliary mechanisms such as support and clamping are used in many places of the machine;
The system uses a dedicated synchronization function to improve machine tool processing efficiency.
Application effect
Two white steel knives are used to ensure effective turning when the workpiece is not deformed. The system achieves a turning speed of 150r/min and Z-axis F30m/min. Compared with other brand cam lathes, the efficiency is more than doubled.
The machine tool adopts the spindle quasi-stop function, which is convenient for users to load and unload.
