Correct tool setting: X-axis centering must be accurate (that is, the center of the milling cutter must be on the same horizontal line as the center of the workpiece);

The tool path must add the machining tool radius. [Due to the small workpiece diameter (Φ 16 mm), the milling cutter used is large (Φ 16 mm). If C compensation is used in the program, too many empty tools will be lost during the program. Therefore, the tool coordinate value (8mm) can be added to the program coordinate value. The relevant processing conditions are as follows:
