JD-50L high-speed engraving machine is a precision high-speed engraving and milling machine tool that uses a linear motor and a mineral casting bed. The machine tool abandons the traditional screw drive method and adopts the linear motor drive independently developed by Guangzhou CNC. The machine tool base and the gantry body are cast and cast in one time using mineral castings. The internal solid structure has good thermal stability and low thermal conductivity. It is 10 times better than traditional castings in vibration absorption and can greatly reduce the amplitude and natural frequency. The combination of good vibration absorption performance and linear motor can greatly improve the surface quality of the workpiece;
The beam, spindle box and worktable are all made of QT500-7 ductile casting, which has excellent high shock resistance and wear resistance;
The structure of imported high-precision roller guide rail makes the three axes move up to 60m / min, with excellent rigidity and production efficiency;
The three axes of X, Y, and Z adopt GSK linear motor with large stacking force and imported grating ruler. The positioning accuracy of the machine tool is not more than 4um.
The machine tool adopts the electric spindle produced in Germany, the maximum speed is 35000rpm, the vibration is small, the noise is low, and the high speed, high efficiency and high precision are realized;
The main joint surface of the assembly is scraped by manual precision shoveling, the contact points in each 25mm * 25mm area are not less than 20 points, and the joint surface contact is more than 80%.
