How to correct actual speed of spindle
User:
I need to correct actual speed of spindle motor: If I program Ex.2500RPM what I have is 3000RPM .
(measured with digital Tachometer), the system is GSK218MC-H.

For spindle speed not match, please check below first.
1-Is the spindle speed override switch is on 100% or not?
2-Data parameter No.256, the first spindle speed is same with the highest speedof current spindle motor?
3-Is the highest speed setting of spindle motor matches with the spindle driver's 10V speed?
