Initial inspection:
After confirming there was no mechanical jam, the machine was powered down and left to sit until the capacitors fully discharged (indicator light off). Power was then restored for testing. When the fault remained, further diagnosis began.
Fault code identification:
By checking the manual, fault code “11” was confirmed as power module overcurrent. Based on the listed possible causes—such as module damage or output short circuit—a targeted troubleshooting plan was made.
Hardware testing:

The damaged module was replaced with the same model, thermal grease was applied, and conformal coating was sprayed before reassembly. After installation, testing showed normal operation, proper fan function, module temperature below 60°C, and bus voltage within normal range—completing the repair.
