How to make a CNC retrofit
To start a CNC retrofit for your second hand or old machine, you can check original motors sizes of XYZ axis and spindle(for lathe machine could only need XZ axis and spindle), by KW or NM, and the motor speed rpm, with name plates will be more helpful.
