How to remove 6741 and 6742 Error on GSK 980TDi CNC Control?



This tutorial resolves alarm issues on the GSK CNC 980TDi system after battery replacement or motor disconnection.

Parameter Unlock: In MDL mode, press the SET key, then press the L key to open the parameter switch. Enter the Level 2 password xxxxxx.

Reference Point Setting: Press the SET key to enter the integrated coordinate interface. Set the X-axis and Z-axis reference points respectively. After completion, press the RESET key to cancel the alarm; the machine coordinates will be synchronously zeroed.

Limit Setting: Enter parameters 405 and 406 in the parameter interface and set the maximum positive travel of the X-axis and the negative travel limits of the X/Z axes respectively. After completion, the system alarm will be cleared and the machine will return to normal operation.
