Code Localization: Consult the manual to determine that fault code "11" indicates power module overcurrent. Based on the suggested possible causes (e.g., module damage, output short circuit, etc.), determine the direction of troubleshooting.

Hardware Testing: After completely disconnecting the power, disconnect the wiring and measure the rectifier section and the output U/V/W phases. A short circuit in the W phase was found, indicating a damaged driver module. Simultaneously test the servo motor and confirm it is functioning normally.

Temporary Solution: To avoid disrupting production, replace the driver with a spare. After the equipment completes a reset and returns to normal operation, it resumes normal operation.
