Operation Procedure for Bearing Replacement and Origin Setting in a Machining Center

Disassembling External Components: The operator first removes the side covers on both sides of the equipment, removes the cover plates, takes out the motor, and loosens the coupling.

Disassembling Internal Structure: Open the dust covers at the main and tail ends, loosen and remove the precision nuts and pressure caps, and loosen the set screws.

Replacing Bearings: Push the old bearing out of the equipment. Install the two tail bearings according to the arrow direction. Remove and replace the left-end bearing.

Setting Origin Parameters: After bearing replacement, open the origin parameter settings, switch to MDI mode, search for parameter 1815 and APZ1, and power off and restart to complete the origin setting.

After the origin setting is completed, the equipment operates smoothly.
