L/W Key is not working

Hello, we have a lathe machine CJK6150 with GSK980TDa control, now we could not turn on the parameter switch, because the L/W key is not respond, but the program switch can be turn on, what's going on?
CNCmakers Support:
The keyboard could be broken, need to be repaired or replace.
