No.1041 PLC alarm

We have got No.1041 PLC alarm, according to the user manual, the alarm means Z axis invalid, because F127.4 is 0.
CNC controller is GSK980TDb and the spindle driver is GS3050Y-N.
Could you tell us how to setting to solve this problem? thanks.
