The actual tool number does not match the CNC display

The actual tool number does not match the CNC display
This fault occurs 100% after tool holder maintenance and is caused by improper operation during maintenance. It is completely avoidable.
Incorrect installation of magnetic blocks
Cause: Many tool holders have magnetic blocks installed in the top cover. Incorrect installation of the top cover after maintenance will cause the overall tool number to be misaligned.
Solution: Before maintenance, be sure to make alignment marks on the top cover and the tool holder body. If it is already installed incorrectly, slowly rotate the top cover and test each tool position one by one. After finding the correct position, fix it with a pin.
Internal circuit wiring error
Cause: Failure to make wiring marks during maintenance resulted in signal wires being connected in reverse or to the wrong terminals.
Solution: Before maintenance, use labels to mark all wire ends, indicating the wire number and terminal position. If it is already connected incorrectly, check against the tool holder circuit diagram one by one and correct the incorrect wiring.
