The spindle speed is 40 percent faster

Kindly, we installed the new servomotor (ZJY265A-15BM-B5) in place of the old one (ZJY265-18.5BM-B5Y1) on the spindle axis.
But, we noticed that the new motor is running 40% fasterthan the old one.
What could be the problem?

You can set PA52 on GS3150 Y-NP2 to match speed of the ZJY265A-15BM-B5.
