The X/Z axis driver is not ready

DA98A AC Servo Driver User:
On the CNC controller it says: The X/Z axis driver is not ready
And on the DA98A AC Servo Driver there is Err 3 alarm
What is the problem?
CNCmakers Support:
Err 3 on DA98A means main circuit is short of voltage.
Connect with main power supply
1- Circuit board fault
2- Fuse of power supply is damaged
3- Soft starting circuit fault
4- Rectifier is damaged.
Might need to change the DA98A servo driver
1- Power voltage is low
2- Temporary power cut is more than 20mS
Check the power supply
Motor is running
1- Power capacity is not enough
2- Instantaneous power down
Also check the power supply
1- Radiator is overheated
Check loarding.
