Tool post auto run while CNC machine turn on
The tool post (turret) starts to run as soon as the CNC machine tuning on, without inputting any command, neither press any button.
Checked the outer wiring and tool post controller, and found out there was a Fly-wheel diode, it was welded in opposite position, which caused the IC2803 burned inside the CNC controller, this is the reason for the problem, replace a new IC2803, and change the fly-wheel diode position, the CNC machine resume to normal. Conclusion: the outer wiring was wrong connected, which caused the internal signal circuit breakdown, so the inside TL+ signal of the CNC controller was on Low Level as soon as the power turning on of the CNC machine.
