Causes:
- Signal disc not in position
Take off the tool post cover, rotate and adjust the signal disc, to make the hall component match the magnet block, then the tool will be in position.
- CNC controller locking time not enough.
Change the CNC controller locking time parameter, make it longer.
- Tool post mechanical problem
Take off the tool post cover, adjust the mechanical parts, and check if the locating pin is broken or not?
