Z axis zero point changes

my question is: the z-axis zero of our CNC lathe machine is not maintained and continually changing and wax for each flight to pieza.o after each program when the lengths are equal.
a few days ago I had a friction between the chuck and tool holder. since that day the problems started.
please I can help restore the damage???

Few things to be checked.
1-Repeatability accuracy of Z axis.
2-Repeatability accuracy of tool holder.
3-Chuck beating
Then adjust the affected parts.
