Zero point changed during threading
GSK980TB2 CNC controller User:
Hello CNCmakers, we have a lathe machine with GSK980TB2 CNC controller, now it has been working for 2 years without any problem, but recently the we are facing a problem.
When we making thread, we will make a pause to measure the depth of the thread, and then reset and start the program again, now the zero point of Z axis will change, the difference is between 0.01mm to 0.1mm, what could be wrong?

From the description you gave, the problem should come from the mecanical parts.
