The system adopts 32-bit high-performance CPU and super-large-scale programmable device FPGA. Real-time control and hardware interpolation technology ensure high efficiency under the μm-level precision of the system. The programmable PLC makes the logic control function more flexible and powerful. The KY910D system can control 5 feed axes, 2 analog spindles, 1ms high-speed interpolation, and 0.1μm control accuracy, which significantly improves the efficiency, accuracy and surface quality of parts processing. KY910D is a cost-effective CNC gear hobbing machine system independently developed by domestic machine tool manufacturers. In this system, the rotation of the worktable, the rotation of the hob spindle, the vertical feed of the tool rest slide, and the horizontal feed of the worktable are all controlled by AC servo digital control to meet the requirements of their respective motions and their combined motions. It is also possible to realize the tangential feed of the hob and the automatic indexing of the tool holder through numerical control. The CNC gear hobbing machine system has all the functions of a universal gear hobbing machine, and can also process non-circular gears. Various automatic cycles can be realized through programming, such as processing multiple gears in one installation. When the machine tool has automatic workpiece clamping, automatic upper and lower device, it can realize single machine automatic, and when it has automatic tool changing device, it can be incorporated into the gear processing flexible system. At the same time, it also has a fool-like operation function. The operator generally only needs to input parameters such as the number of teeth of the hob and the workpiece, module, height and helix angle, and the gear can be processed by simple tool setting.
