    Enabling the small-line-segment look-ahead function can meet the machining requirements of molds. The 25MDi has a look-ahead speed of up to 800 segments, offering faster running speed and better performance.

    It comes with a powerful CAM automatic programming function. By recognizing the user's DXF files, it can generate a variety of part programs for drilling and tapping, programs for closed slot-type parts, as well as various single-line programs.

    Through a simple graphical parameter wizard, it can generate programs for various types of parts such as those for drilling, tapping, internal and external grooves, and external platforms. This greatly facilitates users' programming needs.

     

    During drilling and tapping, by setting the maximum torque that the tool can withstand, when the system detects that the torque exceeds the set value, which may lead to tool breakage, the system will stop drilling and tapping, return to the initial plane, and prompt the customer to check the tool.

    After enabling the drilling chip breaking function, the iron chips can be cut into small pieces, preventing them from winding around the tool. This reduces tool damage and extends the service life of the tool.

    The function of automatically importing REN screw compensation files not only reduces the tediousness of manual input but also avoids potential errors that may occur during manual input. It is both convenient and safe.

    There is a rich and diverse range of user-customizable interfaces. Users can customize the required pages according to their needs, achieving convenience, speed, and aesthetics.

    By collecting the feedback data of the encoder, it conducts analyses such as the following error during rigid tapping and the roundness error, providing a powerful basis for the servo performance debugging and reducing the difficulty of servo debugging.

    The functions of I/O addresses can be adjusted through settings, enabling a single ladder diagram to correspond to multiple functions. This facilitates the management of ladder diagrams.

    The system can be started at any position. It will pre-read the system mode (including the coolant and spindle functions in the open program), run to the position immediately preceding the current block, and then continue program machining.

    When the system machining operation is paused and switched to manual or handwheel mode, if the position is moved, the system will return to the original paused position at the feed rate when resuming automatic machining.

    Once the operator initiates remote assistance with one click on the CNC interface, technicians can remotely "be on-site" via terminals (mobile phones/PCs) to view, diagnose, modify and debug in real time, solving customers’ problems promptly.
