Based on GSK-Link industrial fieldbus, GSK 980TDi is equipped with bus-type servo drive unit and multi-turn 23-bit absolute encoder servo motor, realizing 1nm position accuracy, servo parameter online configuration and mechanical zero without block.At the same time, invited experts in the field of well-known industrial design to undertake a brand new design of the exterior structure, which makes people find everything new and fresh.In addition, the project team has done a lot of research work in efficiency improvement, intelligent application, humanized operation, user secondary development and other aspects.

Support online servo debugging
GSK980TDi can remotely collect CNC theoretical data and machine tool data in real time through the PC debugging software. Through the oscilloscope function, the collected data can analyze its speed characteristics, real-time trajectory, roundness, and tapping performance from various aspects such as position, speed, and current. . Through intuitive graphs, online adjustment of servo parameters can quickly realize the analysis and debugging of servo characteristics, which greatly improves the overall performance of the machine tool and simplifies the time spent on machine tool debugging.
High-speed and high-precision control
Based on the GSK-Link industrial field bus, the servo motor equipped with GR-L series servo device and 25-bit and above high-resolution absolute encoder can realize nano-level interpolation, so that the output accuracy of the system and the feedback accuracy of the servo motor encoder can be realized. Matching, give full play to the performance of high-resolution encoder servo motor, and then achieve high-speed, high-precision processing effect.
Support turning and milling combined processing
The system has 5 feed axes and 2 analog spindles. When it is adapted to a servo spindle, it can realize spindle orientation, rigid tapping, cylindrical interpolation, and polar coordinate interpolation to meet the requirements of turning and milling combined processing.
Thread repair function
